Does anyone have a scottish trust deed?

Hello boo boo. I live in the UK and we do not have them here. I did find this site for you though that handles Scottish Trust Deeds: http://www.trust-deeds.co.uk/debt-help.htm.

From what I did read, they arrange a debt management programme.

Come back though, people here are pretty knowledgable and they will post answers to your question. Whilst waiting visit the website above and give them a call. There may even be someone from Scotland on the forum who has such an arrangement and can you their views.
