Please could you tell me if now we have our IVA approved we will get some sort of proof that our iva has been approved ?
Also what legal standing do i now have with my friends at GOLDFISH who are still ringing me 5 or 6 times a day ? And of course there records show nothing of my IVA approval... even thou i told them on the previous call... bless them

John, you will get a copy of the Chairmans report which will also have your court number on it.

In a couple of weeks or so your names will be on the Insolvency Register.

Goldfish should not now be ringing you, just tell them you are in an IVA and then put the phone down. They can do nothing to you.

It just takes a bit of time for the information to filter down to the call centres.

I had the same problem with Goldfish/Morgan Stanley and they kept checking the insolvency register while I was on the phone, as soon as my name appeared they stopped the calls,
get them to check it for your name

Hi john.jk, I had terrible trouble with Goldfish ringing me practically on the hour, every hour right up until Monday. I spoke to my case handler who rang them straight away and they have now stopped! They drove me round the twist and it doesn't matter how many times that you tell them that your iva has been approved they just don't listen!![:D]
