i have been in my iva for 2 yrs now. but my partner and i have seperated.im living with my dad at the mo in a 1 bed bungalow. im sleeping on the floor. iv been to the local council and they dont want to know. what are my options can i rent a flat through estate agents or what. and the momnent its looking bleak and i dont know what to do

The most important priority is for to to find somewhere suitable to live, and there is nothing stopping you looking for somewhere to rent on your own. If this affects your IVA payments, then you will need to discuss the implications of this with your supervisor.

Sorry to hear you are going through a tough time.Are you and your Dad happy sharing the same place at the moment ?
