We really liked Ian when we met him. Like Melanie, he actually cares about his clients and those on the forum who arent his clients.
The first thing that stood out to me with Ian was how he gave up his own time contacting a forum member's IP and actually getting things sorted for them.
The interview was very informative to anybody considering their options.
Friendliness and compassion cost nothing, why can't there be more IP's like that?

Hi Andy, I thought the interview was very interesting. If I had seen a similar interview prior to me starting out on our IVA journey, I may not have been so scared. Well done again to you. Kazzy x

I love these interviews, Ian seems great, it's nice to "meet" the IPs who post on here.
