Hey andrew, dla is included in the income but it is listed as an expenditure so won't be used for the IVA itself. X

Hiya Andrew

I am not sure I understand your post. Is your income solely in the form of benefits? Or is someone you live with recieving DLA or are you?

For the purpose of IVA DLA is included as income but you can offset the extra living expenses so that you keep it. You have to instigate this though, it will not automatically be done for you. In other words, you must justify the outgoings to offset the income or it will be nabbed.

I hope that this makes sense, if not post some more info....

Cheers
