B&E can take two or three days to answer ... if you've not heard owt by tomorrow lunch time ring 'em on their 0800 number which you should have.

Hiya Ray,

I've given up trying to speak to the 0800 number. On every single ocaasion over the last 2 years, I just get through to rude and unhelpful people. That was why I was when they turned up on here.
