Hi GP, just wanted to know if you have progressed your discussions with NR any? Our cases seem really similar so I long for you to get good news, ahead of hearing from them ourselves.

Hi meash, sorry for the delay. I haven't heard anything about NR to say they will look favourably on a new proposal. My IP hasn't been able to get much indication from them at all. Basically I'm now sitting here trying to decide whether to propose a new IVA, with the risk of getting rejected again and the time that it takes with creditors calling everyday (especially goldfish,was morgan stanley). Or go for BR. I'm waiting for an info pack arriving from baines & ernst to show my wife about the pros and cons and i'm gonna decide over the weekend. These are tough times for you and I and I'm sorry I couldn't give you something more positive to hang on to.[:(]

Nathasha is going throught exactly the same thing as us. They seem to think that long term DMP is feasible. Well not for me. I will def sooner go BR than do that. I need my life back. My husband and kids deserve their life and wife/mother back too.
I keep getting really positive feedback ref BR and am seeing Citizens Advise about this route next week.
Keep posting - maybe we will find a solution.

Meash, have you looked at the sister site to this one, which deals with bankruptcy?
You will get good advice from there.
