Is it worth going through Loancheck to claim back some of the charges? My IVA supervisor has asked Northern Rock for my files but they have not responded (the deadline was july9th) what can I do

Who are Loancheck - and what relationship do they have with Northern Rock? Are Northern Rock one of your creditors?
