iv'e been into iva for 2 years kept up all my payments100 pence in the pound 20 payments to complete but this the first time they have asked for payslips and ap60 we have not got them and are trying to get replacpents what happens to us if we dont get them in time we have never missed a payment will they make us bankrupt we have never had any communication with grant and thornton untill now

Hi there oldgoat and welcome to the forum
They will not make you bankrupt if you cannot get in your wageslips in time. I am guessing that you are a former Debtmatters client?

thanks it is so worrying never missed a payment and never having any contact with grant and thornton for nearly 2 years being a bit late with my payslips and them telling me they would inform my crediters that im not complying with the terms of the iva thats what was really worrying

Didn't someone receive a similar type of letter from GT recently that turned out to be a mistake?
