Hi Guys,
I really am not complaining, but our names haven't appeared on the register yet, and we were approved on 25/7. How long does it take for your name to be on; not that we want it on there, but you know what I mean... people tell their creditors to look on there if they need to prove that they are in an IVA. It does seem strange that I'm still getting cc statements from MBNA and Lloyds which have now been forwarded to my IP. Is this normal??

Your ip may have slipped and not informed them as it's their responsibility(supposed to do it within 48hrs I think). There's been a few cases like this, lucky for you if they don't realise their mistake.

It was three weeks before ours appeared on there.
It does sometimes take time for the information to filter through to the correct departments, but you are doing the correct thing by sending them off to your IP.
They can't do anything now, so nothing to worry about.

Its just a register for junk mail, and I've had tons of it, your better off not being on there both in terms of protecting your identity and stopping the junk mail.
Hope you've slipped through the net.

We've had just one piece of junk since we went on the register (hope that isn't the kiss of death saying that!).
