Hello Lovely people!
Well after three and a half months, we are petitioning for our BR tomorrow morning at 8.30am.
What a journey it has been eh?
Without Melanie, John and this site I dont know if we would have managed. So a huge thank you to you all[:o)]
Still very scared about the OR interview. Did not make a single payment to Egg (owe £1250) as it was only after we had paid mortgage with the money that we realised we had a problem and ceased payments to creditors in preparation for an IVA.
Well that route did not work out, and its BR for us, but unfortunately it is fraud not to make at least 3 payments[:0]
Oh flippin' eck!
BRU for me? I guess so [V] PANTS!
still, in the wider scheme of things we will be having £24,000 worth of debt hopefully written off. I'm sure I can cope with an extra slap on the wrist, I've had worse[:p]
