Hello
I wanted to ask a couple of questions around the IVA.
I know that our Creditors will be aware of who our employers are.
Not something I like the thought of but I guess it's par for the course.
In the lead up to an IVA what other personal details will be given to our Creditors?
What if the IVA is not accepted and the Creditors know our details will it then be 'open season' contacting us?
Thanks for any information you can provide.

Your names, addresses, dates of birth, details of all your creditors, property valuation and mortgage redemption statement, valuations of cars and other assets and a whole heap more other information depending upon your particular case.

If the IVA is not accepted, I do not think that this will intensify the pressure from creditors, but clearly they will want to know how you intend to pay them.

Thanks Melanie
Can I ask at what stage in the IVA process our Creditors will have this information?

It would be put to them before the date of the meeting to give them time to decide how to vote.

When the proposal documents are finalised and issued to the creditors prior to the meeting.
