Hi Everyone,

Received letter today from Mercers to say that they have engaged Power2contact to act on their behalf. Mercers have been ringing at least 4 times daily and each time, I have explained that I am in process of trying for an IVA and even received a letter from them to say that they confirm this. I will be sending this letter onto my IP but just wondered if this was just Normal Practice?. They say that if I don't contact Mercers within 72 hours, they will get one of their Contact Managers to visit me to discuss.Is this just the usual scare tactics?

Unfortunately debtmountain, they are quite bad, try not to worry, send any letters to your IP. X

yes an that was him i just rung hehe

he was from power2contct representing sky card. told him to get a proper job
