Hi Everyone,
Received letter today from Mercers to say that they have engaged Power2contact to act on their behalf. Mercers have been ringing at least 4 times daily and each time, I have explained that I am in process of trying for an IVA and even received a letter from them to say that they confirm this. I will be sending this letter onto my IP but just wondered if this was just Normal Practice?. They say that if I don't contact Mercers within 72 hours, they will get one of their Contact Managers to visit me to discuss.Is this just the usual scare tactics?
