Im with Money Debt &Credit , meeting is today for vote on my iva ,
How do the creditors vote ? by fax ? telephone ? Or wil MD&C already had some votes through by post ?
They told me to be by phone , has anyone else had them being called by their iva company if so for what reasons ?
Really Hope this gets accepted as in nearly 65k debt .Iva is puuting forward 180 p.c. m plus about 16k in 4th year payment ( re -mortgage)

Hi there.
You need to be by the phone so they can phone and tell you whether your IVA has been accepted or not and what modifications there are, if any.

I also have my meeting today so hopefully we will both be celebrating tonight. I have been told to wait by the phone also.

The creditors vote by phone or fax. The chances are, your IP will have already recieved some votes.

My best wishes too. Friday is a good day to have a creditors meeting (if there ever is a good day) cos you can relax and enjoy your weekend. Mine was a Monday!!!
