I have just inherited a house with 2 siblings. They want to help me stay in the house but as we cannot get a mortgage because of the IVA they have said I could live in it but pay rent to them until I am in the position of a mortgage. Is this allowed or will they be forced to sell the house because of my iva.

As mentioned in previous posts, the first thing to establish is what the IP wishes to do regarding the house -- everything else rests on that.
