Hi everyone,

Thought I would let you all know I have got my date for creditors meeting, scheduled for the 6th July at 10:00am, it's going to be a long couple of weeks! Mixed emotions about it really, got a return of 43p which from readings posts on this forum, to many of my creditors I think is acceptable i.e Natwest, cahoot, argos, alliance & Leicester then on the other hand we have HSBC and Northern Rock who in 2 seperate IVA's each have the decidng vote (arrgghhh!)

Well I guess only time will tell what theoutcome will be, hopefully NR and HSBC will be on strike that day????!!!!

Hi, thank you very much for your support, hopefully things will go to plan anyway! A few success stories on here within the last few days so hopefully I will soon be able to add to them!

Hi andrea,good luck qith your meeting hope it goes well. I had my meeting on the 26th June and all creditors voted yes but NR adjourned for another week after initially saying no. My IP has been very good and appealed their decison and they are now reviewing it and i will find out on Tuesday what they decide. NR do seem to be going against the grain compared to other institutes but have faith and I'm sure you will come through with a positive outcome. i will let you know how i get on tuesday, and good luck.
