Hi o_s and Welcome to the Forum!

If your circumstances change the best thing for you to do is contact your I.P as soon as possible.

Your I.P will then be able to write to your creditors to hold a variation meeting as no doubt your monthly expenditure and income would change.

Best Regards. IVA Experts

Hi os and welcome to the forum

You will need to tell your IP as soon as you are able to about the change in your circumstances, and give them some idea as to whether you feel it will affect your ability to continue with your IVA contributions, and whether you will intend returning to work.

Hi o_s,

The above posts are correct.
You need to contact your IP if your circumstances change. He will provide you with the best solution for these new circumstances.
