SHOULD WE HAVE TAKEN OUT TWO SEPERATE IVA'S AND PAID TWO SEPERATE FEE'S WHEN MOST OF OUR DEBTS WERE IN JOINT NAMES AND THE IVA'S WERE THEN JOINED FOR PAYMENT

Without knowing more about your IVA's it is impossible to say. If you can post more details then we can perhaps help, but if your IVA's have been accepted by creditors on the basis that they were recommended, what really is the problem?
