IF MODIFICATION ARE NOT MADE AVALIBLE TO THE DEBTOR AT THE TIME OF SIGNING THE AGREEMENT CAN THEY LATER BE ENFORCED ON TO THE DEBTOR. IN THIS CASE ONLY 3 OF 18 MODIFICATION WERE GIVEN TO THE DEBTOR TO LOOK AT AND TO MAKE A DECISION AT TO ENTER THE IVA

Hi again

It is only the debtor who can accept modifications issued by creditors, and not the IP. Are you suggesting that this has happened in your case? If so this would render the modificaitons null and void, but could also jeopardise the future of your IVA.
