Is it possible to claim compensation from an IVA supervisor if you feel that you have been mis-sold an IVA

Hi munn
You would need to make a formal complaint to the IP firstly if you felt that you had been given inappropirate advice, and could then refer this to the IP's regulatory body if you felt that you had a good case.
What makes you think that the advice you have been given is inappropriate?
