Hi All
Still in the very early stages of the IVA process. As you might recall i firstly contacted Payplan. First call was fine then they took over 10 days to send information thought, they missed a phone call date and then when I try and call them back I give up after being on hold (to an 0870 number) for well over 10 mins.
Have decided to go with Clear Start, waiting for all the final information to sign and send back which will hopefully be with me over the next few days.
I have cancelled all DD's and as the letters have arrived I have call the creditors to advise what I am doing and have to say have been pleasantly surprised by all of them being so nice! Each on has been understanding, listened to what I was telling them and explained to me that I will get Default notices but that this is just procedure. It seems that as long as you keep them informed they are pleasant to you.
Lets hope the process continues like this although something is bond to change!! lol
In over my head looking for somewhere to turn
