Well since my first post things have moved along swiftly and I would like to take the chance to thank Melanie and all her staff for making us feel human again. From the first point of contact with Tina, Sarah in the office and with Melanie last night its been uplifting and the way they have dealt with me I can only describe as 1st class.Even yesterday when I had a phone call from our biggest creditor Lloyds/Tsb when I explained the situation fully and what was going Lloyds were very sympathetic and even thanked me for being honest with them.
So the tip is to be honest with all concerned don't try and bluff your way through at least we are begining to smile again cause there is light at the end of the tunnel.
