Are you allowed to have an allowence for entertainment in your iva? Say 50 per month I'm currently paying about 50p/£ back in my iva but with a pay rise i could afford to pay about 60p/£ and have this £50 per month to keep me sane and allow me to continue with my iva!

Hello
It sounds like you are already in an IVA? If this is the case then you need to speak to your IP about this as soon as possible as he will know your individual circumstances and the actual terms and conditions of your IVA and what the creditors will allow. Entertainment is not usually something that creditors will agree to unfortunately unless it is a specific recreation, even then most creditors will not allow things like the gym or a club, but speak to your IP for specific advice.
Hope this helps

Hi unlucky
I agree with the above poster - entertainment really needs to be covered from your housekeeping or miscellaneous provisions.
