If you and your partner have seperate but linked IVAs and one party comes into a windfall payment eg parents death etc will they just be liable for the IVA that is in their name?[?]

Yes - the windfall is just paid to the estate to which it is relevant - and that is the case in all IVAs not just for those who are separated.

How are things progressing? I think you said you were in a similar position to us, but a few weeks behind us? We have received the paperwork to sign and return, and have agreed a figure ( somewhere between 50-60p/£) No date for creditors' meeting as yet.
