Hi
Would an IP require some kind of evidence that you are offering a payment as a full and final settlement with a ‘gift’ (that you will repay as a loan from a relative) and that it isn’t an inheritance for example?

Hi kit

I think that most IPs would trust you that you were telling the truth Kit - but if you feel happier a letter from the funder would be quite useful also.

A letter signed by the funder would be more than enough.
