Hi Aly
If you dont mind posting more of your situation, your income, living expenses without the bills, if you own property and if there is any equity, and who your creditors are then others will be able to advise.
Try not to worry you will get help and advice and ther will be a solution.

Hi Aly,

We have a list of firms that arrange IVAs and Insolvency Practitioners at IVA.com. We also display reviews posted by clients of these detailing their experiences (goog or bad) which might help you to make a decision.

Good luck with your search.

Kind regards,

Welcome Aly

Feel free to post some more details of your financial situation on this site so we can advise further, i.e
Who the money is owed to
What assets you have (i.e. any equity etc...)
What your disposable income roughly is (your total income less your living costs (excluding all unsecured creditor payments)

Or alternatively contact 2-3 companies on this site to discuss your personal circumstances in more detail with a debt expert.

Best Regards

Hi Aly

From a personal point of view it is very scarey at first but sitting down and thinking about your problem and looking at the various options is very important.

You have done the right thing by coming on here as i wish i had this site a few years ago.

Don't be afraid and I read yesterday there are 9m people with serious debt problems so you are not alone and infact you have been very wise to face up to the problem!

The other thing and something who has gone through this sad process is that you do have some time on your side!

Good Luck

Ray
