If my IVA offer is accepted which if any companies do I have to tell ? Ie gas,eleteric (paid for by DD) mobile phone on contract, car Insurance (paid by DD).

I don't think you have to tell any of them - but I know that if you swich your supplier eg BT in particular they will do credit search so be aware of this

This is correct - the IVA is between you and your creditors - not anyone else. The suppliers you refer to will continue to received their payments from you completely oblivious to the existence of the IVA.

Just bear in mind that it can be prudent to inform your insurance companies as there are sometimes very small clauses which can invalidate the insurance policy. Also if you take out new insurance you may be at liberty to disclose your voluntary agreement.
