I have decided after a lot of discussion with my wife that we need to go into an IVA. I have read all the material and I fully understand what we are about to go into. We think we are going to use ClearDebt, because there website was useful and they are based in Manchester, which we are so it just helped with the decision making! I wanted to know if anyone has had experiences with them and what these were, so we know what to expect! Hope someone can help us, thanks

Hi if you feel happy with cleardebt then goodluck, but i would always advise seeking advise from at least a couple of firms before you commit yourself.
Remember 5 years is a long time

Its quite a ride, tho sjones so make sure you are 100 per cent happy with the provider before committing. It wouldnt do any harm to enquire with 2 or 3 companies just to be sure, the ones on this site are very helpful. ~Any questions or queries you have feel free to ask.
Good luck I hope it all goes smoothly for you
