Hi, i have been just told that if an interim court order was not obtained in the first proposal then another IVA can be made soon? is that true?

Yes - cases without Interim Orders can be represented at any time.

If you could post some more information that would help us to advise you. Why was your IVA rejected? Who were your creditors? etc
