Hi pc and welcome to the forum

Where do you live, and have you retained a UK permanent address? Where do your creditors correspond with you? If you are permanently resident in a foreign country, then an IVA in the UK will not be possible, but there may be a similar procedure in your country.

My permanent address is in Italy. The address on the cards is UK, mail is being forwarded, and I am in the process of changing the addresses now.
