i have an IVA, ive only managed 4 payments out of 10 months and now its under review, if it fails and I dont want bankrupcy, whats my options?can i reapply for an IVA with another company?whats my options?

richard welcome to the forum, why have you only managed 4/10 payments, is an iva really right for you?

Hi Richard,
If your IVA fails it doesn't necessarily mean that you’re I.P/Creditors would petition for your bankruptcy unless you have a house where they could gain any money owed.
Was their a change in your circumstances that caused you not to be able to make your IVA payments?
