i told my iva will take no more then 3 week from start to finish is that right

We have had cases approved within this time but 3 weeks would be a very quick result. The average is 4-8 weeks.

yes that can be possible but as oliver said the average is 4-8 weeks.

As other experts have stated the usual time period is 4-8 weeks, however circumstances such as your case being extremely straight forward, you getting your paperwork together as quickly as possible etc could definitley make the IVA process faster.

From me sending all my paperwork off (payslips, bills etc.) it took 8 weeks. Once I sent my signed proposal back it took 4 weeks.
The whole process from beginning to end took me just over 3 months.

Hi Gavin mine took 4 weeks from the proposal going back and 7 in total.
