i am in a iva is it possible to change my iva company.

Hi Faye and welcome to the forum. Can I ask why you want to change your IVA company? This is very difficult to do - there has to be a very good reason, and then it would have to be done through the court. This is expensive, and your creditors are unlikely to agree to this.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

Changing IP is notoriously difficult, lengthy and expensive. Many people on the forum will be able to share their experiences where relationships between themselves and their IP had become strained, however the majority of these were resolved through communicating with the IP.

Welcome to the forum Faye,

Unfortunately the other experts who have posted are correct, to change IVA companies after your IVA has already been accepted is incredibly difficult.

What type of problems are you having?
