I have got about £30.000 in debit and can not manage the min amounts that the companies are asking for do i qualify for an iva

Hi Gina and welcome to the forum. Please can you post more details about your circumstances so that one of the experts will be able to help you - creditors, amounts owed, income and expenditure, do you own property?

If you can post more details,such as disposible income and whether you are a homeowner or not and if so your equity.

An IVA is just one of several possible debt solutions. Either contact 2-3 companies for further advice or post some more details so we can help you on the forum.

Can you tell us who your creditors are? Your Income and Expenditure?
