Hi
I was told I have to sign something but it hasn't arrived yet. I am still getting calls and letters off creditors (even those who voted yes!). When are they likely to stop?
Thanks.

It takes a while for it to filter through to the correct dept so just tell them the date that your IVA was accepted and the IPs name and address. If anyone is persistent then let your IP know.
You are protected by law from anymore creditor calls and corrospondence regarding your debt.

These organisations are often so big it can take a little while for all their systems to be updated. Stick in there and if it keeps persisting contact your IP.
