Hi everyone,
During my difficult days of running all over the place seeking infomation, ideas and ways out of my debt, the first and only company l spoke to requested a nominal fee of £600.00 from me which l paid over two instalments with a promise to have my IVA sorted out within 3 moments. Five months down the line, l was still chasing them around.
Running out of patience l switched company, this was about two and a half years ago. Could l possibly press for a refund as l've been told they shouln't have demanded an upfront?

Absolutely - they did not deliver the goods so get your money back with compound interest!
