I am currently in a debt management with payplan but now need to go onto IVA as they would not include the arears from my fuel bills. I would prefer to work with someone reputable who are more personal and understand the trauma we are and going to experience with this, where do I find one?.

Also, my wife will also have to go into an IVA but she has received a court summons from Northern Rock, is she too late?

It is not too late for your wife as an IP can apply for an interim order to protect her from legal action.Speak with two or three companies before committing to one and I would suggest using ones on this forum.
