Hi normanr
I assume you mean "Can I do an IVA?". The answer to that is "absolutely", providing you meet certain criteria such as affordability and minimum dividend requirements.
I suggest that you contact an insolvency practitioner or debt management company for further advice, and to determine whether an IVA is a viable option available to you.
Good luck and do post if you have any further queries.
