Hi Nigel,

Do you mean will your IP contact your employer about you entering into an IVA? If so the answer is no.
An IVA is a legally binding contract between you and your creditors. Your creditors and your local county court will be contacted but no one else.

Your employer will not directly be informed of your decision to enter into an IVA unless they are one of your creditors.

Your details will be available on the Insolvency Register, but this is little known about and very unlikely to be viewed by your employer. In any case someone would have to specifically enter your name on the register to see if you were in an IVA.
