i have the chance to go on holiday a week tomorrow - all paid for my cousin and his girlfriend have just split and he has asked me to take her place rather than waste the money. do i need to tell my i.p? will not need any money to take either

That sounds brilliant. No you do not need to tell your IP about this unless you have any pre arranged meetings with them obviously or unless this is going to affect your income and ultimately your ability to pay your creditors the agreed amount. I am assuming that this won't affect your income as you will be entitled to the time off as annual leave.

I,m in an IVA and went to Florida a few weeks ago.
