Hi Melanie,

I know it is very realy days in our application for an IVA but I have had significant issues arise with one of my creditors today and really dont know what I should be doing, however it needs addressing pretty urgently. Would you object to me using your personal email address for a bit of advice as the information is quite specific and I dont really want it posting?
