Ok I've had an IVA since May. I got a budget. Even got Melanie looking after my case.

Hasn't happened much, but occasionally I get phone calls from companies who have bought the debt etc

I usually say - "got an IVA" and given them details. Anything else I need to do. Pretty certain one company phoned me in Jan, and just again recently (hence the question, phoned me at work which was a bit annoying).

If they phone again, being a vindictive person (ask my old bank - they sort of went a bit loopy after my FSO complaint), whats the best way to set about them?

Cheers

This must be very annoying for you, but results entirely from creditors not updating their customer records.

All you can do is remind them of the existence of the IVA, and I can assure you it will eventually disappear. I'm sure you have probably spoken to my staff about this, but if there is anything else we can do to help let me know off-line.
