i entered into an IVA with creditors following advice fro the CAB, I subsequently contacted all I owed money to and asked for a final settlement figure and this I paid. I am having difficulty obtaining a mortgage nearly 4 years later do you have any advice regarding clearing this history? I am subsequently debt free.

Hi jerry
I am suprised that you are finding difficulty in sourcing a mortgage at all. I can recommend an excellent mortgage broker to you, who manages to get fabulous deals for my clients whether they are bankrupt, in an IVA or discharged.
Let me know if you need the details.

His name is Tony Parsons and his mobile number is 07970-438874. I don't think you will get him today as he is at a funeral, but you can probably reach him tommorrow.
Good luck
