I work for a bank who check our personnal credit. Will this cause me problems at work.

Are you suffering from financial difficulties and looking to make and arrangement to repay your creditors either through an IVA or DMP?
If so, and also if your are struggling to maintain your contractual payments to your creditors, then this will show up on your file held by the credit scoring agencies.
What is your firm's policy on employees in debt?
