Hi quegkey

There is nothing to stop you doing this - I have done several of these quite successfully recently, however a new IP will want to understand the reasons why your IVA was initially rejected and see if the offer could be improved upon.

Could you provide details so that I can advise further?

Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner for over 20 years.

Hi Quegkey,

We have also had several previous failures and managed to get them through, so don’t worry, not all is lost!

Kind Regards
