My IVA proposal is with an IP called Neville Eckley. They sent me an appointment letter on 22 January 2006 stating that a representative would be contacting me to arrange an appointment. To date I have received no phonecall from them despite me phoning them and sending emails. What should I do?

Hi mh and welcome to the forum

If you are not happy with the services of this IP, you should find one who is more responsive, and will deal with you directly. The longer this is taking, the more interest will be accruing on those debts. Who referred you to Neville Eckley?

Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner for over 20 years.

Hi Melanie

I went through a company called The Debt Counsellors who forwarded my case to Neville Eckley.
