Hi

My wage for the IVA is set at £1003 per month, and my husbands is £800. My wage may go down as i have reduced how many nights i work due to ill health, and will now be working more days. My husband has had a small pay rise of 3%, which is less than £30 a month. How will this work, because we dont want to have to give half of my husbands pay rise, if my pay is reducing. Or do we only have to pay 50% of what we earn over £1803, our wages together?

Hope that makes sense!

Hi flashingblade

You will really need to talk to your IVA supervisor directly on this point. If you were my client, I would net your husband's increase against your decrease and look at you together. I hope that your IP shares this view.
