Can I move abroad whilst in an IVA? In particular to the USA. I would still be making the payments.

Yes there is no problem moving abroad when you are subject to IVA proceedings. I already have several clients who reside abroad, and are able to send their payments easily by standing order.

You will just need to make your IP aware of your new contact details.
