If you are already in an IVA, and this debt was properly included, the CCJ should not have been granted and should be removed from your record. Ask your IP to sort this out for you.

Hi Laleanne1,

As Melanie Giles suggested, the best thing would be to contact your I.P as soon as possible. It may just be a case of miscommunication on Next's part where they have failed to notify the correct department.

If this debt was included in your IVA I wouldn't worry about it.

Hope this information is of use

Hi Laleanne,

I have read on previous threads that you are with debtmatters. I work there, If you send in any correspondance you have from any creditors into us we will kindly remind them you are in an IVA. If you are just receiving phone calls - politely tell them that you are in an IVA, give them your reference number and ask them to ring us on 01204678200 as we are now dealing!

I hope this helps! If you have any queries just ring the number I have just given you and ask to speak to your administrator.

Good Luck
