hello
has anyone heard of\used or would use a company called debtenders.co.uk, Or Jefferson Hobbs who claim to be able to help people pay off IVA's early?

OOh you got a letter throught the post I think it is one of these companys that gets your name off the elctoral roll or insolvency register. I would throw it in the bin if you are in an iva why can they finish it any better than your own company. I think they look for remortgaging.
Not positive , wait for other answers.

Junk mail! I got one this morning offering me ways to keep my house now that I am bankrupt - just one slight hitch, I don't actually have a house!

So they are insolvent themselves - and are trying to give others insolvency advice? Well I suppost that they must have some experience then!!
Could I urge all forum posters and readers to beware companies who approach you to say they can help you pay off your IVA early. If this is possible to do, via equity release, then speak to your IP directly.
